RETURN POLICY |

We understand that not everything purchased can be received as expected by client perspective. We always provide the benefit of doubt and consider purchasers remorse. Jewelz Diamond Co and team will always research every situation and client to find a solution to any return or exchange request. Upon special conditions, which can only be approved by management, some terms can be altered to ensure client satisfaction.
Exchanges and Returns
Kindly note that Jewelz Diamond Co. does not accept exchanges or return on items that have been sized, altered, are not in original condition, or without tags. Special sale and custom items are also excluded as they are made or ordered to the specificities denoted by the client. Items purchased through finance cannot be refunded and only applicable for exchange values set the amount of initial purchase. If you’re not happy with your purchase, we will be glad to work with you to resolve any concerns. We allow exchanges within 7 days of purchase on non clearance items returned in its original condition. Package deals will reverse the sale price on the item being exchanged. All exchange offers are made in store. Purchases made online or remotely are considered special sales and are subject to the same exchange and return policy detailed for in store purchases. If an agreement of exchange is made prior to delivery by management, the purchasing party is responsible for shipping and handling.
Returns
• If an item has been sized, altered, or worn must In original condition and tags must be intact
• Sale items and special clearance are excluded
• Special orders and custom pieces are excluded
• Financed items cannot be refunded, exchanged value or items must match
• If a refund is agreed upon restocking fees which include paypal or credit card fees and all shipping costs included in the sale and return
Exchange Policy
• Exchanges within 7 days of purchase on non clearance and does not apply with items that are not in original condition
• Package deals will reverse the value of the items that are being exchanged to the difference of items that are not being exchanged
• Exchanges can be processed in store or all fees of shipping & handling will be credited from total sale amount
Warranty & Guarantee
The Jewelz Diamond Co mission comes with a promise of commitment to our client’s satisfaction with their Jewelry upon purchase and beyond. We ensure that the product is carefully manufactured and quality controlled from origin to delivery. We guarantee all our products are as stated on receipts and tags. Precious metals such as gold, silver, and platinum have a standard lifetime warranty which protects from discoloration, erosion, and deterioration that is not a result of daily wear and tear. A two year standard manufacturing warranty is included in diamond settings and a two year diamond setting warranty is included in all products manufactured by Jewelz Diamond Co. The warranty does not cover wear and tear but an extended warranty can be purchased and follow up maintenance terms must be met in order to cover diamonds replacements. Loss of diamond is not covered, the diamonds must be present in an event diamond(s) have fallen out on rings covered by manufacturer….
